Waterfall Asset Management (the “Firm”) is a global investment manager focused on specialty finance opportunities within asset-backed securities, loans, and commercial mortgage REIT sectors. Waterfall uses its deep sector experience and analytics, structuring, and operational capabilities to identify and invest in opportunities across private and public markets. The Firm was established in 2005 by Jack Ross and Tom Capasse, who were the founders of Merrill Lynch’s ABS Group in the 1980’s.
