Tash Norris

Tash Norris is the Chief Information Security Officer, where she leads the firm's cyber security strategy and operations capability, protecting the platform, its clients, and the data that underpins the CAIS ecosystem.

With over a decade of experience across financial services, fintech, and e-commerce, Tash has led security programs through significant business milestones, including M&A activity and a London Stock Exchange IPO. Prior to joining CAIS, she held a senior security leadership role at Zopa Bank. Tash holds a first class bachelor of science degree with honours in Forensic Computing.
