Todd Rosman

Position: Managing Director, Capital Markets

Todd Rosman is a Managing Director on the Capital Markets team at CAIS, where he leads the Central Division’s client coverage and product specialist team. He partners with Registered Investment Advisors and independent wealth managers to deliver defined-outcome and alternative investment solutions, including structured investments, separately managed accounts (SMAs), interval funds, and equity derivative strategies.

Prior to CAIS, Todd was a member of the Structured Investments Group within UBS Wealth Management, where he focused on structured solution strategies for advisors and their clients.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
