Tulsi Dharmarajan

Tulsi Dharmarajan leads AI Product Management and UX at CAIS, where she drives product strategy and human-centered design across the platform to accelerate advisor adoption and embed AI-powered workflows into the operator experience.

Tulsi brings over decades of experience building marketplace platforms and enterprise SaaS products at the intersection of product, UX, and data. Prior to CAIS, she held senior product leadership roles at Verb, Wheel, and Gale Healthcare, where she architected two-sided marketplace models that replaced legacy workflows, launched AI-enabled user experiences. She’s scaled a learning SaaS platform to 2,500% user growth and led new vertical expansion that generated $200M in revenue, contributing $250M in a Series C to a $1B+ valuation. Her work contributed to three company acquisitions generating $200M+ in combined value, with platforms recognized on the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave.
