Tuppy Russo

Tuppy Russo is Senior Vice President and Head of Client Infrastructure Services at AllianceBernstein (AB). In this role, she partners with the firm's global distribution channels across Private Wealth, Institutional, and Retail businesses to advance strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence across technology, portfolio implementation, operations, and risk management. She leads a global organization responsible for supporting the growth and innovation of AB's investment platform, including alternative investments and other investment solutions, while enhancing the advisor and client experience through scalable infrastructure

Since joining AB in 2003, Tuppy has held a variety of leadership positions across the firm. Prior to assuming her current role in 2023, she served as Head of Private Wealth Infrastructure from 2018 to 2023, where she led technology, operations, and portfolio implementation efforts in support of AB's Private Wealth business. Earlier, she was Director of Bernstein's Portfolio Management Group, responsible for the implementation of portfolio initiatives and investment solutions across private wealth accounts.

Tuppy's expertise spans wealth management operations, portfolio implementation, technology transformation, product platform strategy, and business leadership. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in driving innovation, modernizing infrastructure, and strengthening the operational capabilities that support advisors and clients globally.

An active advocate for innovation in wealth management, Tuppy has served as an advisor to the WealthTech Innovation Board and has been recognized as a Woman to Watch in WealthTech. In 2024, she was honored as Chief Technology Officer of the Year by WealthManagement.com in recognition of her leadership, vision, and contributions to the industry.
