And then ultimately, I think that leads to the ability to advise on a broader set of assets.”

According to Bachmann, private markets fund subscription processes at BSW have transformed “dramatically.”   

“CAIS has led the charge on a lot of fronts, including the digitization of subscription documents and so forth,” he says.  

Moving forward, Bachmann sees these improvements helping streamline each advisor’s client engagement efforts. “You know once you get buy in on a strategy, the completion of subscription documents is super straightforward ... Because they don't have to scan it, we just get a much faster turnaround.”
