“We have 105 offices across the country; I cannot get to all 105 offices,” says Brett Kunshek, Head of Options and Structured Notes at Mariner.
With a decentralized advisor base, Mariner needed a way to ensure that all advisors, regardless of location or experience, could confidently access structured investments. That meant finding a solution that could deliver education, operational efficiency, and consistency across the entire organization.

He adds that CAIS’ reporting tools have made structured notes more transparent, eliminating the opacity of structured notes as a “black box” for advisors.
