Position: Director, Head of West Region for CAIS Structured Investments

Jason, “Jay”, is the regional head of client coverage and product origination for CAIS Structured Investments in the West. He has over 13 years of capital markets and derivatives experience focused entirely on the private banking and wealth management industry. Jay works with some of CAIS’s largest private wealth advisors and family offices to develop and implement custom structured note portfolios, as well as hedging & monetization strategies.

Prior to joining CAIS, Jay was a Director at UBS on the structured solutions desk; the largest underwriter of structured notes in the US. While at UBS, Jay co-ran the structuring and origination of equity, commodity, and FX linked notes and provided primary coverage to the firm’s largest advisors and clients. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Investor on the corporate executive and financial sponsors coverage desk in NYC.

Jay received his BSBA with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 66 licenses.
