What’s New on the CAIS Platform
As advisors navigate an increasingly dynamic alternative investment landscape, the CAIS platform continues to evolve with enhancements designed to simplify workflows, expand connectivity, and improve the advisor experience across the investment lifecycle.
This quarter’s updates introduce new capabilities spanning workflows, capital markets, integrations, and AI-powered experiences. Together, these enhancements reflect our continued focus on helping advisors spend less time on operational tasks and more time serving their clients.
Making Workflows More Efficient
Multi-Order Signing Experience
Multi-Order Signing allows advisors to group eligible subscription orders for the same household into a single eSignature workflow. Rather than sending separate signing requests for each order, advisors can send one consolidated DocuSign email, creating a more streamlined experience while reducing administrative follow-up across related orders.
